Returns and Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will accept returns and issue you a full refund under the following terms and conditions:

  • The request for return must be within 30 days of the date of purchase
  • The product is in the same condition that you received it
  • The product is in its original packaging

How to Return?

In order to return a product, please call us or send an e-mail to our customer service team at sales@timedalert.com and indicate the following information:

  • Description of the item purchased
  • Date of purchase
  • Reason for return

We will thereafter process your request and e-mail you a return authorization number for the item(s) to be returned.

Once you receive the return authorization number, please package all of the item components along with the original packaging and mail it to us along with a copy of your purchase receipt. Please make sure that you indicate your return authorization number on the receipt so that we can reference your transaction request. We strongly recommend that your mailed package have a tracking number so that it can be tracked if needed.

Shipping costs incurred for returning an item are to be paid for by the customer and will not be reimbursed
